Stage 1

Stage 2

Review

Your application will be reviewed and evaluated to assess your qualifications and how well they align with the skills and experience required for the position. Candidates who meet the qualifications will advance to the interview stage, while those not selected will be notified via email.
Stage 3

First Interview

The first interview focuses on getting to know you, understanding your motivation, and providing more details about the role and our company. If we do not find a match, you will receive a notification. Candidates who are a good fit will be invited for a second interview.

The interview may be conducted via video call, subject to the discretion of the hiring manager.
Stage 4

Second Interview

The second interview will explore your technical skills and problem-solving abilities through detailed questions or exercises. You may also face behavioral questions about past experiences and interactions. There could be discussions on team fit and culture alignment, possibly involving senior management or team members. Furthermore, you will have the chance to ask deeper questions about the role and company. After the second interview, the hiring team will review your performance and assess how well you fit the role and company. If selected, you will proceed to a final interview with HR. If you're not selected, you'll receive a notification.

Third Interview

The third interview is conducted by HR and will focus on, company culture, work environment, policies, benefits and general workplace practices.

The interview may be conducted via video call, subject to the discretion of the HR Team.
Stage 6

Job Offer

Succeeding in the recruitment process, and offer will be draft and presented to you by our HR team.
