Stage 1

Stage 2

Review

Your application will be reviewed and evaluated to assess your qualifications and how well they align with the skills and experience required for the position. Candidates who meet the qualifications will advance to the interview stage, while those not selected will be notified via email.
Stage 3

First Interview

The first interview focuses on getting to know you, understanding your motivation, reviewing your skills and experience against the requirements of the role and providing more details about our company. If we do not find a match, you will receive a notification. Candidates who are a good fit will be invited for a second interview.

The interview may be conducted via video call, subject to the discretion of the hiring manager.
Stage 4

Second Interview

The second interview will explore your technical skills and problem-solving abilities through detailed questions or exercises. You may also face behavioral questions about past experiences and interactions. There could be discussions on team fit and culture alignment, possibly involving senior management or team members. Furthermore, you will have the chance to ask deeper questions about the role and company. After the second interview, the hiring team will review your performance and assess how well you fit the role and company. If selected, you will be offered a position with Shipco Transport. If you're not selected, you will receive a notification.
Stage 5

Offer

If you are selected after the interview process, you will receive a formal job offer. This typically includes details about your salary, benefits, job title, start date, and any other relevant terms of employment. You will have time to review the offer. Once both parties agree, you will sign the offer letter to confirm your acceptance and finalize the hiring process.
